1925-S $20 Saint Gaudens AU58 NGC

Although the mintage for the 25-S is over 3 million, this is one of the dates that was melted in the 1930's.  It is estimated that only 300-500 circulated coins exist today.  Only scattered marks exist on this piece and the eye-appeal is not compromised.  Luscious rich orange color and a crisp strike are evident.  Numismedia Price Guide lists this date at $7,660.
